After this news broke, Bitcoin soared to $29,850 and then returned to the current $28,000 level.

This news was reported by major media outlets, including Bloomberg. However, this is not confirmed in SEC data.

In relation to this, Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terret said through “It is in progress,” he said.

The SEC has postponed decisions on several proposed rule changes, including for Fidelity, VanEck, WisdomTree and Invesco. These companies aim to introduce a spot Bitcoin ETF through the Chicago Board Options Exchange (Cboe BZX).
